Flush bottom valves are made to shut off the contact pressure on sheet which develops when the static pressure of the liquid in the tank increases. We can also provide soft seating arrangement to clients.
UTVC make flush Bottom Valve since static pressure of the liquid in the tank acts to increase the contact pressure on the valve seat, it contributes to tight shut off. The soft seating arrangement can be provided. The Plug / disk can be removed extremely without removing the valve plug from the body. This construction permits easy replacement the valve disk in a shot time. The shape of the flow passage to discharge on immense quantity of liquid from a vessel quickly. The internal design does not allow discharged liquid to remain in the valve. The valve plug is so constructed that the liquid is discharged when the valve stem is moved upwards.
